What you'll need for your Northland Forestry Awards nomination:
1. Reason for Nomination
200 words or more explaining the reason for your nomination of this company and/or individual and clearly guide your answer with the criteria for the elected category ie. how do they demonstrate high quality of work output, show recognition by their peers and employers, compliance, training, health & safety practices and productivity. This is ideally a letter of support from the employer or supervisor.
2. Profile
A 250-500 word company/individual profile relevant to the Northland Forestry Awards category. If an individual, comments on character traits, inside and outside of the work place. This is ideally completed by the nominee.
3. Qualifications/Experience
List qualifications and experience, and for the company any history that is deemed relevant.
4. Photos/Logos
High-resolution images of the nominee, company representative and company logo for promotional and collateral material.
5. Links
Links to company website and social media pages so we can cross-promote your involvement in the awards.
6. Letter of Endorsement
Please provide a letter of endorsement (this is ideally completed by the principal company or forest owner).
